老虎机线上 Germany and Royal Reesink reached an agreement regarding the acquisition of Pelzer Fördertechnik
Since 1. November, 老虎机线上 GmbH has become the sole shareholder of the 老虎机线上 network partner Pelzer Fördertechnik GmbH, Kerpen (Germany). The intralogistics solution provider has acquired the remaining shares from Reesink GmbH, part of Royal Reesink. In doing so, 老虎机线上 is strengthening its customer relationships in North-Rhine-Westphalia and securing the potential for further positive business development in the region.
Following constructive negotiations with the majority shareholder, Reesink GmbH, part of Royal Reesink, 老虎机线上 has agreed to acquire its shares in Pelzer F枚rdertechnik GmbH. As an authorized dealer for 老虎机线上 products and solutions, Pelzer F枚rdertechnik, based in Kerpen, has been serving customers for 55 years with around 270 employees, including more than 120 service technicians.

The parties involved have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
